HERSH24k Luxury Properties is led by David Hersh who was professional sports youngest team owner at the age of 23. Hersh has the distinction of operating at every management level of professional baseball including the New York Yankees. Hersh also spearheaded the construction of public and private stadiums, franchise transactions, lease and funding negotiations and turnaround strategies. He has raised millions in equity to purchase franchises and sold branding and incentive programs and stadium naming rights to some of the largest corporations in the world.

I was born in the city of Houston, Texas and raised on the beaches and golf courses of Maine. I have an appreciation of luxury that was refined early. Now, living in Paradise Valley, Arizona, I have the pleasure of enjoying more than 320 sunny days a year! Spending my time on one of the 100+ golf courses, enjoying the Wonder of the Grand Canyon, boating lake days on Saguaro, or hiking Camelback Mountain to gaze upon the stunning homes we've worked with, I've fallen in love with all it has to offer.

Courtney Persons, holds the significant role as the Chief Executive Assistant to Mr. Hersh. She was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and has a deep love for the city. Courtney enjoys spending time in Vail, Colorado with her family. Courtney lives in Scottsdale with her husband Sean and her two young children. Her academic journey led her to Arizona State University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Education. This foundation allowed her to integrate her passion for real estate, specifically in the exquisite Paradise Valley area. Courtney effectively coordinates complex tasks and ensures clear communication.

Her commitment to exceeding expectations and her aptitude for transforming challenges into opportunities have become the pillars of her work ethic. A luxury service experience requires attention to detail second to none. Along with her innovative thinking, Courtney consistently brings fresh, alternative ideas to the table. As a former teacher, Courtney's attention to detail and ability to find things that others cannot make her especially valuable.
