Dave took his time to get to know what exactly we were looking for and what our end result was going to be for our family. He did not push us to purchase a home that would be good for him. He was so patient with us to find the best lot/home.

David Hersh's initial statement to myself regarding finding a home was: "If I can't find your ideal home within four or five, then I'm not doing my job". This stuck me as kinda strange because I wasn't all that familiar with the home buying process.

David Hersh is amazing!! He got us our dream house. We feel so blessed each and every day we wake up in our home. We are very private people and David handled the entire transaction without us being in the same state while maintaining our privacy.
