HERSH24k Luxury Properties is led by David Hersh who was a professional sports youngest team owner at the age of 23. Hersh has the distinction of operating at every management level of professional baseball including the New York Yankees. Hersh also spearheaded the construction of public and private stadiums, franchise transactions, lease and funding negotiations and turnaround strategies. He has raised millions in equity to purchase franchises and sold branding and incentive programs and stadium naming rights to some of the largest corporations in the world.

Since moving to Arizona and venturing into luxury and Investment real estate HERSH has had the same record breaking success, using negotiating skills and experience that come from multi million dollar experiences a few Realtors have.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Life is full of peaks and valleys. Experience teaches you to limit the risk by having a foundation based on principals that can be applied to everything. If you make decisions, you make mistakes and you will upset someone with every decision you make. You can’t be afraid to disappoint. Saying NO is the hardest thing to do because saying YES is so easy and pleases many. When tackling a challenge the question is, can you turn NO into YES and what is the cost in doing so? Is it worth the time or money, or can those things be used better elsewhere.

Trust your instincts ahead of the words of others. President Ronald Reagan was right “trust but verify.” When decisions are made with your heart instead of your head, mistakes happen. Not having all of the facts, leads to results you want to hear instead of need to hear. Doing nothing is never an answer. There is a difference between doing nothing and being patient for a well thought out plan to deliver the projected results.

Sometimes being right, no matter how right, is not worth it. Pick your battles. It’s okay to be wrong if you admit it. No one is ever fired for making a mistake, so long as they are truthful. Always remember the people you see on the way up are the same ones you see on the way down. Never judge people by what they are wearing, and you never know who is listening, If you can’t do something with passion, don’t do it. Always have fun and smile!

You also have to know whom to call and who can make deals happen when others can’t. We make the impossible possible. Not all homes are built the same. Not all land is valued the same. Negotiations in real estate don’t begin until the contract is signed. A multi million dollar transaction deserves a multi million dollar approach, We are the firm that delivers just that.
