For the third year in a row, Scottsdale-based Cullum Homes Inc. topped the Phoenix Business Journal’s Custom Home Builders list. The list was ranked by total value of the Maricopa County homes each builder closed in 2016. Cullum Homes reported a total of $37.74 million, topping the $30.35 million reported by Salcito Custom Homes Ltd. and the $30 million of Brimley Development LLC. Fisher Custom Homes LLC ($29 million), Calvis Wyant Luxury Homes ($21.87 million) and Argue Custom Homes ($20 million) rounded out the top six places on the list and were the only other builders to reach the $20 million plateau.
